Usually I have one cup of coffee a day. Not this day. But I didn’t want to talk about that.

I want to take things pretty slowly. My plan this month is to really listen what my body needs and share my life to you.  It’s all hard and new for me and I don’t know where to start, but I’m going to try my best.

My mom made barley flour bread, I have to say It was so good, but still I ate TOO much of it.

And I made myself raw banana orange smoothie. Delicious!
